  •  As a developer (experienced or first time) you are looking for a surveyor with the experience, knowledge and ability which enables your land division to meet your objective.

  • Coucil has imposed a boundary survey as a condition of approval pertaining to a Development Application.
  • You have been advised by friends, your conveyancer, Council or others to seek the services of a licensed surveyor in order to make a Development Application.
  • Your builder has advised that the boundaries of your land need to be surveyed and pegs placed before they can commence construction.
  • As a property manager you require a Plan for Lease and lettable areas for the tenants. For many new leases, registration at the Lands Titles Office is mandatory. Responsible property managers have their lettable area calculations certified correct by a licensed surveyor to ensure accuracy.
